神经内科副主任，主任医师，医学学士、美国注册神经电诊断师。1983年毕业于武汉大学医学院，在武汉大学人民医院神经内科从事临床、教学和科研工作10余年。1995-1999年在美国俄亥俄州州立大学医学中心神经内科学习、工作，曾承担包括美国国家头痛基金会研究项目在内的多项课题。除熟练掌握神经内科常见多发病的诊治外，对癫痫、睡眠障碍和脑血管病等专科疑难病例有较深研究。目前任深圳医学会神经病学会委员、中西医结合神经精神病学会委员，深圳市医疗事故技术鉴定专家库成员；《卒中与神经疾病》杂志编委。参编专著二本，在国内外专业杂志上发表论文数十篇，获省级自然科学优秀学术论文奖两次。
Tong, Xiaoxin M.D. Vice director-Dept. of Neurology. Clinical Professor of Neurology; R.EEG. T. in the United States. Editor of《Stroke and Nervous Diseases》. After graduating the Medical College of Wuhan University in 1983, Dr.Tong worked in the Dept. of Neurology, Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University. From 1995 to 1999, worked at Dept. of Neurology at Ohio State University Medical Center as a Research Associate and R.EEG.T. Specialties include epilepsy, sleep disorder and stroke etc. .
