北京大学医学部博士生副导师，从事妇产科临床、科研、教学工作20年，主要专业方向：妇科生殖内分泌。为深圳市妇科内分泌学组副组长。担任北大深圳医院妇科内分泌组的学科带头人，特长为不孕不育、多囊卵巢综合症、子宫内膜异位症、复发性流产的诊治，本人近年承担及参与省、市级以上课题多项，获省、部级以上奖项5项。开展医院2项新技术项目。2009年及2013年分别于奥地利维也纳医科大学附属医院及美国克利夫兰医学中心妇科及生殖中心进修。

Shehas awarded 5 prizes and trained as a visiting doctor in Vienna MedicalUniversity of Austria and Cleveland Clinic in USA in 2009 and 2013.
