祖国，副主任医师，博士，硕士生导师，擅长普通外科常见疾病的诊断和治疗，尤其擅长于消化道肿瘤、腹壁疝等的早期诊断和外科微创治疗。辽宁省“百千万人才工程”千层次人选；大连市五四青年奖章获得者；辽宁省免疫学会普通外科分会委员。目前主持和参与国家自然科学基金3项，主持辽宁省自然科学基金1项，主持大连市高层次人才项目1项。国内外期刊发表论文20余篇，其中SCI论文10余篇。中国普通外科杂志、International Journal of Gastroenterology编委。
