医 院 简 介

贵阳市妇幼保健院、贵阳市儿童医院始建于1938年，前身系“贵阳市立产院”，1951年更名为“贵阳市妇幼保健院”，1993年成立“贵阳市儿童医院”，是全国首批“三级甲等妇幼保健院”、“爱婴医院”，是贵州省规模最大、功能最全、设备最先进的融医疗、预防、保健、教学、科研、健康教育为一体的三级甲等妇幼保健院。

十三·五期间，医院占地面积70亩，业务用房面积16.5万平方米，开放床位1347张，现有职工2245人，年门急诊132.12万人次、年分娩量1.67万人次。医院是贵州省首家获批“第三代试管婴儿技术”单位，“贵州省人类精子库”建设单位，贵州省首家通过ISO15189医学实验室现场评审的专科医院，中华骨髓库非血缘关系造血干细胞移植合作单位，国家妇幼保健机构中医药示范单位，国家级儿童早期发展示范基地，国家级妇产科和儿科住院医师规范化培训基地，国家级新生儿专科医师规范化培训基地，国家级儿童呼吸内镜培训基地，贵州省人才培训基地。

医院在人类辅助生殖、妇幼保健、妇科微创手术、产前筛查和诊断、危重孕产妇/新生儿救治、重症儿童救治、儿童血液净化治疗、儿童造血干细胞移植技术、儿童心脏内/外手术、儿童支气管镜、消化内镜等技术方面处于全省领先地位。拥有国家级临床重点专科PICU、国家级新生儿保健特色专科、国家级孕产保健特色专科。儿内科、妇科、产科、中医科为贵州省临床重点学（专）科，贵阳市临床重点学（专）科9个。拥有5个贵州省医疗质量控制中心：新生儿科、儿童重症医学科、儿童呼吸内镜、儿童消化内镜、儿童血液净化和7个贵阳市医疗质量控制中心。

医院承担了贵州省（贵阳市）危重孕产妇、新生儿救治中心、贵州省产前诊断分中心、贵州省新生儿遗传代谢性疾病筛查分中心、贵阳市新生儿疾病筛查中心、贵阳市病残儿和计划生育手术并发症鉴定中心、贵阳市妇幼健康服务项目管理中心、贵阳市妇幼保健服务信息管理中心、贵阳市健康教育管理中心等妇幼公共卫生职能，全力保障全市妇女儿童健康。

2015年起医院先后牵头组建贵州妇幼保健专科联盟、全国新生儿医联体贵州分网、贵州母婴健康围产营养协作网等医疗联合体，成员单位已覆盖全省9个州市，形成了“国家级—省级—地市县级”医院三级诊疗网络模式。医院先后与北京儿童医院、复旦大学附属儿科医院、重庆医科大学附属儿童医院等国内知名医疗机构签订合作协议，成为福棠儿童医学发展研究中心（北京儿童医院集团）理事单位，西部儿科发展联盟副理事长单位等。

Introduction on Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital and Guiyang Children's Hospital

Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital (Guiyang Children's Hospital), a Grade-III Class-A medical institution, specializes in maternity and child health care and integrates medical treatment, prevention, health care, teaching, research, and education with the largest scale, the most comprehensive functions, and the most advanced equipment. It was built in 1938 and changed its name from “Guiyang Maternal Hospital” in 1951. And “Guiyang Children’s Hospital” was established in 1993. In 1966, our hospital was firstly evaluated as “Grade III A maternal and child health care hospital” and “baby-friendly hospitals in China” by the Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China.

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the hospital covers an area of 70 mu (46,667 square meters) ,with business services taking up 165,000 square meters, currently offering 1,377 patient beds. It accepted more than 1,321,200 outpatients and welcomed a total of over 1,6700 babies. There are 2,246 staff members, including 256 with senior titles, 11 with doctoral degrees, 15 postgraduate supervisors, and 12 municipal management experts.

In Guizhou, the hospital is the first approved “third-generation IVF technology” unit, the construction unit of “Guizhou Human Sperm Bank”, the first specialized hospital to pass the on-site assessment of ISO15189 Medical Laboratory, Cooperative Unit of China Marrow Donor Program, and Chinese Medicine Demonstration Unit of the National Maternal and Child Health Care Institution. We have National Early Childhood Development Demonstration Base, National Standardized Training Base for Obstetrics and Pediatrics Residents, National Standardized Training Base for Neonatal Specialists, National Training Base for Pediatric Respiratory Endoscopy, and Guizhou Talent Training Base . 

The hospital leads the way throughout Guizhou province in such technologies as, human assisted reproductive technology, maternal and child health care, minimally invasive gynecological surgery, prenatal screening and diagnosis, treatment of critically ill pregnant women, neonatus as well as children, treatment of children’s blood purification, children’s hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, internal / external cardiac surgery for children, children’s bronchoscopy and digestive endoscopy. We have a national key clinical specialty -- PICU, national specialty of neonatal health care, and national specialty of maternal health care. It has five provincial key clinical specialties (majors), including pediatric internal medicine, gynecology, obstetrics as well as traditional Chinese medicine, and nine municipal key clinical specialties (majors). Our hospital owns and operates five provincial medical quality control centers: Neonatal Pediatrics, Children's Intensive Medicine Department, Children’s Respiratory Endoscopy, Children’s Digestive Endoscopy, Children’s Blood Purification, and seven municipal medical quality control centers .

The hospital has undertaken the maternal and child public health functions of Guizhou Province (Guiyang City), such as building Critical Pregnant Women and Neonatal Emergency Treatment Center, Guizhou Prenatal Diagnosis Sub-center, Guizhou Neonatal Genetic Metabolic Disease Screening Sub-center, Guiyang Neonatal Disease Screening Center, Guiyang Disabled Child and Family Planning Operation Complication Identification Center, Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Service Project Management Center, Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Service Information Management Center, Guiyang Health Education Management Center, to fully guarantee the health of women and children in the city.

Since 2015, the hospital has taken the lead in setting up medical union, such as “Maternal and Child Health Care Specialty Union”, “National Medical Union of Neonatal Specialty in Guizhou Branch”, “Guizhou Maternal and Infant Health Perinatal Nutrition Cooperation Network”. The membership covers nine prefectures and cities in the province, forming a three-level diagnosis and treatment network model of "national– provincial– municipal and local level" hospitals. And we have signed cooperation agreements with domestic well-known medical institutions, such as Beijing Children’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Fudan University, and Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. The hospital is council member of Futang Research Center of Pediatric Development (Beijing Children's Hospital Group), and vice-director unit of Western Pediatric Development Union.
