上海市第十人民医院生殖医学中心经过上海市卫计委审批，为国家卫计委核准的可以实施辅助生殖技术的医疗机构。十院生殖中心以“温和刺激加未成熟卵”为基本治疗方案，同时根据患者个体情况来开展个体化的有效不孕不育治疗。 我们用最少的药物、最低廉的费用达到生育目的，最大程度降低对女性内分泌水平的影响，减少药物副作用的不良反应。同时，十院生殖中心有成熟的腹腔镜、宫腔镜技术，目前每年微创手术约3000台，能为子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿、子宫内膜异位症、盆腔粘连、宫腔粘连所致不孕的患者提供微创手术治疗。2015年11月15日，十院医疗集团正式成立了生殖医学联盟，并与韩国、台湾的知名生殖医学中心签订了合作备忘录，2015年12月15日，十院生殖医学中心正式通过了上海市卫计委组织的专家评审，并于12月23日取得了人类辅助生殖技术试运行许可；2016年1月8日，凝结着全体十院人汗水和期待的生殖医学中心正式开张。同年11月10日，上海市第十人民医院生殖医学中心首例采用微刺激促排卵技术孕育的试管婴儿顺利诞生，同时，这也是世界首例在为不孕不育患者进行剖宫产手术的同时，采集未成熟卵进行体外成熟和冷冻，最后为其保存生育力的案例。2016年12月23日，十院生殖医学中心获得上海市卫计委颁发的辅助生殖技术正式运行许可。
