科室简介北京大学深圳医院脊柱外科是国家临床重点专科建设项目、广东省临床重点专科、国际矫形与创伤外科学会(SICOT)全球培训基地、国家颈椎病诊疗中心深圳分中心、卫生部骨质疏松诊治培训中心、北京大学医学部教学培训基地、国家护理智能化示范病房、国家卫计委授予的优质护理服务表现突出病房、深圳市政府医疗“三名工程”的邱贵兴院士团队引进单位;广东省颈椎专业委员会主委单位、广东省脊柱脊髓肿瘤专业委员会主委单位、深圳市医学会脊柱外科专业委员会主委单位、深圳市骨科重点学科群牵头单位、深圳市脊柱外科领先学科、品牌学科和深圳市脊柱结构与功能重建生物医学创新平台;广东省脊柱外科质量控制中心的成员单位、深圳市脊柱外科诊疗质量控制中心主委单位;深圳市政府批准的深圳市脊柱外科重点实验室、深圳市骨科生物材料工程实验室、深圳市骨科疾病再生技术工程实验室;粤港3D打印医疗研发与临床服务中心(获深圳市工信局双链资金支持),粤港骨科合作研究中心,北京大学深圳医院“登峰计划”培育科室。
近年,在各级政府和医院领导的高度重视、中国工程院院士北京协和医院邱贵兴教授的密切关注和大力帮助、学科带头人于滨生教授为核心的脊柱外科全体同仁的共同努力下,医疗、教学和科研三方面飞速发展,已形成一支团结进取、技术过硬、攻坚克难、注重人文关怀的医护团队。现有床位72张,医生、护士、技师、科研人员、医疗助理团队共计60人;已成为广东省超大型脊柱外科团队。科室拥有众多现代化仪器设备:智慧病房(智能输液系统、智能药柜、配药机器人、智能风险评估系统、智能交互平台等)、多功能一体化手术室2间、脊柱三维导航系统、3D-CT C型臂透视机2台、神经功能电生理监护仪、腰椎间盘镜(Delta)系统、德国椎间孔镜(Maxmore)系统、德国Zeiss(PENTERO 800)神经手术显微镜、日本Pentax高倍高清手术放大镜8台,超声骨刀系统、高速磨钻和手术磨钻、多功能脊柱手术床、电动综合手术床,可扩张通道微创脊柱手术系统(Quadrant)、3D打印机等先进脊柱手术工具,并且配备专业操作人员,保障脊柱外科的诊疗工作更加精准、微创、安全和顺畅。
为响应国家“稳步推进改善医疗服务行动计划”要求,并与“幸福深圳”工程相结合,提升患者就医感受,建设科学护理内涵(其中包括前瞻性预测、康复训练、疼痛、排尿、排便等问题),以减少患者痛苦、提高舒适度,加速康复。借助深圳高新技术,打造智慧病房,从身份识别、病情观察、风险防控到安全用药,形成覆盖患者住院全过程的安全护理模式。
为打造优秀脊柱外科团队,我们与北京协和医院和日本獨協医科大学病院联合建立了中日颈椎诊疗中心、脊柱畸形诊疗中心、脊柱肿瘤诊疗中心和中日老龄脊柱疾患诊治中心。根据脊柱亚专科和技术发展需求,着力于颈椎病、腰椎滑脱症、脊柱畸形、脊柱肿瘤、脊柱创伤和骨质疏松等疾病的诊治工作,脊柱外科门诊量、住院患者量、手术患者量、高难度手术量均位居深圳市医院的前列,广东省大型综合性三甲医院的前列。科室已经全方位开展前路、后路以及前后路联合的颈椎、胸椎、腰椎和骶椎手术以及颈椎病、脊柱畸形、腰椎滑脱、脊柱肿瘤的诊断。科室开展主要手术如下:
1. 脊柱肿瘤:各部位全脊椎整块切除术,椎管内肿瘤摘除术,脊柱前后路联合减压重建术;
2. 颈椎病:前路椎间盘切除神经减压植骨融合术(ACDF)、人工椎间盘置换术(TDR)、前路椎体次全切除钛网植入钛板固定术(ACCF)、后路单开门和双开门椎管扩大成形术、颈椎后凸畸形前路、后路、前后路联合矫正术;
3. 后纵韧带骨化症:经前路固化物切除脊髓直接减压脊柱稳定重建术、后路单开门椎管扩大成形术、椎体后纵韧带骨化物整体前移(ACAF)神经直接减压术;
4. 颈椎创伤:齿突骨折螺钉内固定,寰枢椎脱位复位内固定,下颈椎骨折脱位并脊髓损伤减压内固定术;
5. 上颈椎畸形:颅底凹陷症、寰枢椎脱位的矫形固定术,寰枢椎椎弓根钉固定,寰枕后路减压枕颈内固定术;
6. 脊柱侧弯和驼背:青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的矫治,强直性脊柱炎后凸畸形、老年骨质疏松性骨折伴后凸畸形的截骨矫形术(SPO、PSO、PVCR);
7. 胸、腰椎骨折并脊髓损伤的治疗:各种脊柱前后路减压内固定术;
8. 胸椎管狭窄症的诊治:后路椎间开窗黄韧带切除术。
9. 腰椎退变性疾病的诊治:腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症、腰椎不稳、滑脱症、退变性腰椎侧弯的手术治疗;
10. 脊柱结核、感染的诊治:结核或感染病灶清除术,病灶切除后各种前后路脊柱稳定重建术;
11. 微创脊柱外科:各种脊柱内窥镜系统治疗椎间盘突出症,经皮椎体成形术(PVP)和后凸成形术(PKP)治疗老年骨质疏松性骨折等。
12. 精准脊柱外科手术:在个体化评价基础上制定个体化治疗方案,采用现代化导航技术、神经检测技术、微创技术、数字化骨科技术、精密高效手术仪器等,由熟练的专科医生实施的脊柱外科手术。
科室现承担多项国家自然基金、广东省和深圳市科技计划项目的研究工作。在颈椎、腰椎滑脱症、脊柱生物材料、3D打印、椎间盘退变与移植、干细胞与组织再生、手术智能机器人、脊柱畸形的腰椎-骨盆稳定重建领域的解剖学和生物力学方面进行深入研究,发表近百篇SCI论文。临床研究方面,上颈椎畸形矫形固定、颈椎人工椎间盘、颈椎管扩大成形术、多节段颈脊髓压迫症的合理术式选择、成人脊柱畸形的手术治疗、脊柱恶性肿瘤根治手术、高龄脊柱疾患的合理化手术治疗等系列研究位居先进水平。科室重视教学,定期开展教学和继续教育讲座,每年有众多研究生、进修医生、规培医生和实习医生前来学习。科室注重与国内外专家同行的学术交流,已同国际知名的日本獨協医科大学医学部、北海道大学医学部、名古屋大学医学部、香港大学玛丽医院、香港中文大学威尔士亲王医院、北京协和医院、北京大学附属第三医院和中山大学附属第一医院的脊柱外科建立了长期学术合作交流和人才培养机制。每年举办国际及省市级会议,其中,一年一度的“中日脊柱外科高峰论坛”已成为全国知名的学术品牌会议,云集日本和国内众多的脊柱外科名家分别就脊柱新技术、颈椎病、脊柱肿瘤、脊柱修复与重建为主题进行深度学术交流,为华南地区乃至全国医疗水平的提高做出贡献。
作为深圳脊柱外科诊疗与研究中心、深圳市脊柱外科诊疗质量控制中心和深圳市医学会脊柱外科专业委员会主委单位,科室将不断学习、时刻把握国际先进理念和技术,珍视手术质量和安全、不负社会赋予的使命,为更多患者得到理想救治、为促进和提升深圳脊柱外科总体诊疗水平均质化和跨越式发展而努力。
Department Profile
Department of Spine surgery, Peking University Shenzhen Hospital is the key clinical subspecialty of Institution of Higher Education Guangdong Province and it has been selected as a focal point of academic excellence in Orthopedics by Public Hospital Administration of Shenzhen Municipality.
There are 15 attending doctors and 20 nurses who are highly trained and skilled in treating all kinds of spine disorders. Our medical team is led by Professor Bin–Sheng Yu. We followed his leadership forming an enterprising, competent, and benevolence medical team. More than half of our doctors have received oversea training and expertise with most spine surgery procedures such as anterior lumbar interbody fusion, posterior lumbar fusion and scoliosis correction surgery.
Currently, the outpatient volume, in patient volume, surgical volume, surgical volume of complex surgery are ranked top 1 in Guangdong Province and top 3 among Peking University affiliated hospitals.

floor of Inpatient Surgical Building is surrounded by a lively garden. Together 72 beds (including VIP wards) are available. Every ward is spacious and well equipped with modern instruments. Thus, it is a pleasant and comfortable environment ideal for healing.
Extinguished Technique & Modern Equipment
The operating theater is well-appointed with advance equipments such as surgical navigation, O-arm imaging system, intraoperative 3D C-arm imaging, intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring, Jackson spinal table, multi-purpose electronic operating table, ultrasonic scalpel, high speed drill, MASR QUADRANT(minimal access spinal technologies) Retractor System, MED system, surgical microscope, surgical loupes, etc.By using these technologies during delicate and complex procedures, surgeons may navigate more precisely, may perform less-invasive procedures for patients, and thus potentially help improve clinical outcomes.
Education & Research
Shenzhen Key Laboratory of spine surgery, SICOT Education Centre of Southern China, Osteoporosis Education Centre of Ministry of Health and Research and Teaching centre of Peking University medical department are based in our department. The department is now in charge of several National Science Foundation and Guangdong province research projects.
To nurture medical undergraduates, graduates, postgraduates from all over the country, we use multi-purpose operating theater and classroom for teaching and consistently putting effort to improve teaching materials.
In addition, Dokkyo Medical University of Japan and Chinese University of Hong Kong (Prince of Wales Hospital) and Peking University Shenzhen Hospital have signed an agreement to establish Sino-Japan Scoliosis Center, Sino-Japan Spinal Tumor Center, and Sino-Japan Senior Spinal Disorder Diagnosis Center. Furthermore, we have engaged in productive partnership medical department from all over the world including Hokkaido University, Nagoya University, University of Miami, Texas Medical Centre, Queen Mary Hospital of Hong Kong University, Prince Wales Hospital of Hong Kong Chinese University, and Peking University in order to enhance academic exchange and cultivate talents.

Specialty Areas
1. Spinal tumors:Total en bloc spondylectomy, radical intramedullary tumor dissectomy, anterior-posterior decompression (fusion) and reconstruction surgery
2. Cervical spondylotic myelopathy: Posterior hemiexpansive and bilateral expansive laminoplasty, anterior microscopically nerve decompression and internal fixation (spacer or plate), artificial disc replacement
3. Cervical trauma: Internal fixation of odontoid fractures by screw, internal fixation and reduction of atlanto axial dislocation, nerve decompression and internal fixation of subaxial dislocation with cord injury
4. Upper cervical deformity: Basilar invagination, corrective and fixation of atlanto axial dislocation, internal fixation of atlanto axial by pedicle screw, posterior atlanto-occipital decompression and internal fixation
5. Scoliosis and kyphosis: A variety of scoliosis correction surgery, kyphosis caused by ankylosing spondylitis, osteotomy and corrective surgery of senior osteoporosis with kyphosis
6. Thoracic/lumbar spine fracture with cord injury: A variety of anterior/posterior internal fixation and decompression surgery
7. Thoracic spinal stenosis: Posterior fenestration and ligamentum flavum resection
8. Diagnosis and treatment of lumbar degenerative disease: Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar instability, spondylolisthesis, degenerative scoliosis
9. Diagnosis and treatment of spinal tuberculosis and infection: Debridement and all kinds of reconstruction
10. Minimally invasive surgery: Including endoscopic techniques treating intervertebral disc herniation, percutaneous vertebroplasty, and percutaneous kyphosis plasty treating senior osteoporosis -
