北京大学第三医院康复医学科于1992年8月由北京大学运动医学研究所康复组及北医三院理疗科合并成立，至今已28年。目前，康复医学科拥有51名职工，其中主任医师2人，副主任医师4人，主治医师5人，住院医师3人，主管治疗师7人，治疗师21人，主管护师3人，护师、护士8人。我科坚持以骨科、运动创伤康复为特色，神经、心肺康复全面发展。历届科领导把握机遇，努力促进学科发展并取得了丰硕成果。2013年，我科获原卫生部国家临床重点专科建设项目。2016年，我科成立了国家级康复医学质控中心。在复旦医院管理研究所康复医学科专科排名中，我科2017-2021年排名均为全国第7名。

The department of rehabilitation medicine of the Peking University Third Hospital was established in August 1992 through the merger of the rehabilitation group of the sports medicine institute and the physiotherapy department. It has been 28 years since then. At present, the department of rehabilitation medicine has 51 employees, including 2 chief physicians, 4 associate chief physicians, 5 attending physicians, 3 resident physicians, 7 chief therapists, 21 therapists, 3 chief nurses, 8 nurses. Our department insists on orthopedics and sports trauma rehabilitation as the characteristics of the comprehensive development of nerve and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. The leaders of each subject seized the opportunity to promote the development of the subject and achieved fruitful results. In 2013, our department was awarded the national key clinical specialty construction project of the former ministry of health. In 2016, our department established the national rehabilitation medicine quality control center. In the rehabilitation medicine department of Fudan hospital management research institute, our department ranked 7th in China from 2017 to 2021.
