 科室简介

南京脑科医院功能神经外科是在神经外科及癫痫中心基础上,相对独立发展起来的科室,是综合了多学科相关资源发展而成的江苏省首家癫痫及神经调控专病综合诊疗平台,分管脑磁图中心及伽玛刀中心。开设癫痫专科门诊、神经外科门诊、伽玛刀中心门诊。科室现拥有住院病床30张,医护人员33人,其中神经外科医师8名、神经内科医生3名、电生理3名;博士5名,在读博士3名,硕士3名。社会荣誉包括:江苏省内唯一获评中国抗癫痫协会三级癫痫中心单位,中国抗癫痫协会脑电图培训基地,国家神经系统疾病临床医学研究中心中国神经调控联盟理事单位以及南京医学癫痫会诊中心。
诊疗范围

功能神经外科主要为癫痫、运动障碍性疾病以及微小意识状态患者提供门诊、药物治疗、随访、术前评估、外科手术、术后程控等一系列专业的诊疗服务。常规开展癫痫的诊治、难治性癫痫手术评估及各种癫痫的外科治疗;帕金森等运动障碍性疾病脑深部电刺激(DBS)的外科治疗、微小意识状态的脊髓电刺激(SCS)等。

专科技术优势

科室现拥有国际先进的全套电生理检查和癫痫发作起源灶定位系统,包括256导及128导各1台、64导脑电图仪2台,32导脑电图仪8台,其中可移动视频脑电图2台。以及CTF-275信道脑磁图、诱发电位仪、电刺激仪等专科设备;医院配备大型诊疗设备:最新型超高场强3.0T磁共振、计算机导航系统、ROSA机器人、脑电影像融合系统等。专业的癫痫、帕金森等疾病的人才团队、先进的设备为相关疾病的临床诊断、病因诊断、药物治疗、手术治疗等提供了可靠的保证。科内常规开展的手术包括脑内相关核团及结构的脑深部刺激器植入术,脑内各区域致痫灶切除术、多脑叶切除术、胼胝体切开术、颅内各区域皮层电极植入术、迷走神经刺激术等手术。胜任各类难治性癫痫的外科手术,手术有效率达80%,无发作率50%以上,手术台次、手术疗效均为全省领先水平。
